Michael Ots, an evangelist and apologist based in Bournemouth England, hosted a week long mission in Tbilisi, Georgia. This was his team’s first visit to Georgia. The theme of the week was ‘googling God’ with the aim of encouraging students to think about one question they would like to ask God.
Michael and his guests explored other questions:
What is the meaning of life
How could Jesus be the only way to God
Where is God in time of suffering and injustice?
Michael’s team shared their experience in this blog as they invited students to explore Jesus. “Many are asking these questions for the first time, and a good few have commented how they’ve relished exploring the person of Jesus in lecture rooms rather than in orthodox church contexts, where Jesus is often entangled in tradition and restrictions are placed upon asking serious questions.”
Jesus.Ge was there to report on this event and conducted an interview with Michael.
